IN-PERSON EVENT
Can we switch from licensing to in-person hosting?
Yes, but they are separate products. If you license first, and then choose to bring Coach Dan out, you will still need to book an in-person event using the standard tier structure.
Can we do both in the same year?
Absolutely. Some schools license the framework for a spring event and bring in Coach Dan for a fall rally — or vice versa.
Can we license for multiple events?
Yes. The 12-month license supports up to two events. If you want to host more, we can discuss expanding the license agreement.
Is there any overlap between materials used in both options?
Yes — both include the VR philosophy and Hero’s Journey arc. However, the in-person experience includes unique storytelling, higher energy facilitation, and additional layers of guided discussion.
What happens if we don’t meet the revenue share minimum?
You’ll still owe the $300 per event minimum as outlined in the contract. This helps ensure both parties invest in making the event successful.
Can other organizations (churches, private groups) license this event?
Yes — licensing is available beyond Apogee, available to churches, non-profits, and other organizations looking to make an impact.
Can we get a custom quote for multiple campuses?
Yes. We’re happy to create a bundle for school networks or groups planning 3+ licensed events in a calendar year.
