The Mighty Men Path: Church Stewarded helps churches equip fathers to intentionally disciple their sons through a proven pathway of biblical formation.
Whether you are a senior pastor, men's ministry leader, family pastor, or simply a father with a vision for your church, we would love to explore what this could look like in your community.
Most fathers genuinely want to raise their sons well.
They want to spend meaningful time together. They want to teach biblical values. They want to prepare their sons for manhood.
Many simply don't know where to begin.
Churches recognize this need, but most don't have the time, staffing, or resources to build an entire father son discipleship ministry from the ground up.
The Mighty Men Path was created to help bridge that gap.
Instead of asking churches to disciple every boy, we help churches equip fathers to disciple their own sons.

The Church Stewarded model is intentionally simple.
Each person has a clear role.
Your Church
Your church provides the environment, encourages participation, and identifies one man to serve as the Church Steward.
The Steward becomes the local champion who helps fathers stay connected throughout the journey.
Fathers
Every father leads his own son. No one replaces him.
The church supports him.
The Mighty Men Path simply provides the structure and guidance.
Voyage Rites
We provide the event framework, monthly pathway, coaching, registration system, resources, and ongoing support so your church does not have to build everything from scratch.
The result is a sustainable ministry that strengthens fathers, sons, and the entire church family.
Complete the short application below so we can learn more about your church.
We'll schedule a conversation to answer questions, hear your vision, and determine whether this pilot is the right fit.
Your church hosts a one day father son experience designed to create momentum and establish a common starting point.
After the event, fathers continue leading their sons through Pathfinder while your Church Steward encourages simple monthly connection within your church.

Every Church Stewarded partnership includes the tools needed to launch with confidence.
Your church receives:
Licensing for Forging the Future
Church Steward coaching
Registration and communication systems
Monthly support
Church resources and implementation guides
Ongoing partnership with Voyage Rites
Everything is designed to make implementation simple while keeping fathers at the center.

Fathers receive more than another event.
They receive a clear pathway.
They spend intentional time with their sons.
They receive monthly guidance that is practical and biblically grounded.
They become part of a growing community of fathers committed to leading well.
Most importantly, they begin building habits and conversations that continue long after the event has ended.
Boys need more than information.
They need time with their fathers.
Throughout the Mighty Men Path, sons experience meaningful conversations, practical challenges, growing responsibility, biblical encouragement, and consistent investment from the man who matters most in their formation.
The goal is not simply another church program.
The goal is stronger fathers and sons walking together.
It Strengthens Fathers
The church equips. Fathers disciple.
Everyone serves in the role God designed them to fulfill.
It Fits Existing Ministry
This pathway complements your church rather than competing with it.
Whether you already have a strong men's ministry or are just beginning, the Mighty Men Path can serve as a practical discipleship tool.
It Is Built to Last
Many ministries create excitement for a weekend.
The Mighty Men Path creates a rhythm that continues month after month, helping fathers stay engaged over time.

We are currently inviting a small number of churches to participate in our founding pilot program.
Pilot churches will receive six months of licensing at no cost while helping shape the future of the Church Stewarded model.
During the pilot, you'll receive direct coaching, implementation support, and ongoing partnership as we learn together.
At the end of the pilot, churches that choose to continue will receive preferred renewal pricing.
Applications are reviewed to ensure each church is positioned for a successful experience.

No.
Any church with fathers who desire to lead their sons can participate.
The Steward is simply a trusted man who encourages fathers, communicates with Voyage Rites, and helps maintain a healthy rhythm within the church.
He is not expected to teach lessons or become the primary leader for every family.
The pathway works well with both small and large churches.
We'll discuss what makes the most sense during our conversation.
Forging the Future is designed primarily for fathers and sons ages eight through twelve.
The Mighty Men Path then provides a long term pathway that continues through adolescence.
Not at all.
Some of the strongest father son relationships are built in smaller churches where families know one another well.
Churches that experience success can continue under our licensing partnership with ongoing coaching and support.

If your church desires to strengthen fathers, disciple sons, and establish a long term pathway of biblical formation, we'd love to begin the conversation.

Restoring rites of passage. Walking with fathers. Forming mighty men.
